According to the US Census Bureau and the Charlotte Business Journal, Charlotte, NC ranked 11th in population growth. Charlotte has added 15,656 new residents between July 1, 2015 and July 1, 2016.
From my experience as a real estate professional in Greater Charlotte for 15+ years, I have noticed a tremendous growth. Having said that, there are an abundance of rural areas, greenways, and space for your outdoor activities. Charlotte is an amazing place to call home right now. With the arts, sports, education, and history in Charlotte, the real estate market offers a reward to sellers.
